Have a family ring engraved in 1900 that I needed to be resized. The ring came from Scotland and was too small. Victor was very careful in resizing the ring not to compromise the engraving and the gold fill was flawless. The ring was ready on time and Stephanie called to let me know it was ready to pick up. Went in to have my engagement ring repaired and was given several options to make an informed choice within our budget. Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. He even brought in the diamond I was considering so I could see it before purchasing. The repair was done quicker than quoted and turned out great. I love my ring even more now. The pricing was very reasonable as well, and I will be going there first from now on. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I have dealt with this store 5 or 6 times now over the years and always had the best experience. If I could do 6 stars I would. I have gone there before for watch batteries, been served immediately with no appointment, looked after and treated awesome. A week ago I bought a new watch off the internet that needed sizing due to a metal band. I was served immediately, with a smile and a conversation about how much the owner liked the watch. When the band was resized, the owner would take no payment. Today I went back as I needed to take one more link out for better sizing (my fault, not his I should have put the watch on before leaving) Again, no charge. And I tried to pay him, he would have no part of it. I will make sure all my friends and family know to frequent this establishment. Great experience, great store, great people.
Red deer Goldsmiths did custom engraving on 2 heart shaped quartz stones for me. The project was also completed ahead of schedule. I was very pleased with the results.
I absolutly recommend going to red deer goldsmith my husband got my wedding ring put together here the rings wernt bought here but they were able to put them together the work they do is fabulous and Victor is amazing the staff is friendly and helpfull in every way . I had to get my rings resized and I picked my ring up today and it is perfect the perfect fit and it's amazing thank you Victor for fixing my wedding ring
